SWEAT damaged returns disclaimer
        All items in stock have been inspected for manufacturer defects when received from manufacturer, and before items are shipped out upon sale they are inspected a second time by SWEAT USA personnel for defects in manufacturing. Any clothing defects found at receiving of merchandise to customer will be a result of the shipping service used. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to examine the shipping package for damage. If the package is clearly damaged because of shipping it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement of funds for damaged product.

        For any reason other than damaged product or closeout items you are not completely satisfied, you may return for exchange of in stock items.

Terms for exchange:

Orders must be post marked to SWEAT USA within 14 days of receiving product for full exchange.

Terms good for United States territory only.

Customer pays return shipping charges.

COD returns to SWEAT USA will not be accepted.

SWEAT USA will pay for return shipping of exchange back to customer for exact amount of items exchanged.
Additional items purchased (up to 6 additional items) during the exchange will also receive free return
shipping with exchanged product.

All items must have all original tags and tag attachments in original positions for an exchange. Clothing that appears to be used will not be exchanged. (stains, makeup, deodorant markings, hair or pet hair etc). If items have any of the previous defects, items will be returned to the customer and will be charged shipping and handling.

SWEAT USA (el ultimo foco LLC) will not be held responsible for lost or damaged product due to shipping. It will be up to the customer to apply any additional shipping insurance to the package
